Bottom half of the stack:
We prefer to invest in companies and applications operating closer to the infrastructure layer in a given vertical. We are the right investors if your product or service improves the efficient operation of systems, people, organizations, or the planet.
Systemic risk:
Consumer tastes and preferences change frequently and we aren't good at predicting the next viral product. We prefer to invest in potentially large markets where there is a clear systematic trend.
Profitability mindset:
We work best with teams that look to scale in a capital efficient manner. We are not 'growth at all costs' investors. We believe that signifficant, and sustainable, growth is best achieved when capital efficiency is top of mind.
