Our buyout strategy focuses on technology services that further digital transformation themes for enterprise-level companies and small & medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Our specific areas of focus are around cloud, compute, applications, and security. We look for companies that are earning $2M in EBITDA and above.
Minority Investment or Growth Equity
Our growth equity strategy focuses on enterprise software companies solving tough problems at the infrastructure level. Our specific areas of focus are Big data & AI, Climate, Cloud, Digital Health, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Fintech, and Workforce. We look for scaling companies that are earning $10M in ARR and above.
Opportunistic Situations
We periodically invest in opportunities that we view as potentially strategic to our core strategies. These opportunities include earlier-stage investments, bridge financings, and short-term credit opportunities. These investments are idiosyncratic and will likely make up less than 5% of invested capital at any given time.
